Our vision and values
Our regional team is passionate about midwifery and committed to supporting and advocating for our members across the region. We work to strengthen connection, provide information and support, and ensure members’ voices are heard.
As an incorporated society, we are member-led and accountable to those we represent. We see our role as one of stewardship — using our resources, time, and influence responsibly to support and strengthen midwifery in our region.
Our Regional Chair represents the region at a national level, advocating on behalf of members and bringing national perspectives back to the region. We welcome questions, feedback, and ideas, and value open, two-way communication.
